We also offer specialised courses in Business Thinking:

Presented by Gideon de Wet
  1.  Management of Technology (MoT): A brief introduction to the concepts and language of this subject. Although most people have a general understanding of technology and its utility in the enterprise, some formalization facilitates communication and enhances the process of innovation to unlock maximum value and competitive advantage.
  2. Business Concept Innovation (BCI):  Since BCI is a highly abstract activity, some formal understanding of the innovation process will allow managers to focus on novel business concepts and implementation strategy design, rather than to get side-tracked by unexpected problems of process detail. This brief introduction should enhance the utility of more comprehensive textbooks on the subject. The introductory course on MoT is considered to be a prerequisite for this course.
